It's been a while that I have written a review but it took a salad order for a non-salad lover like me to come out of my hiatus and really write about this place!
Salad matters' offerings are delicious fresh ingredients thrown together with a twist!! We ordered the sundal, Mediterranean pasta salad, falafel sandwich and the chicken macaroni salad. The sundal was the star of the show... We need all South Indian wedding/puja meals to serve this version!! Both the pasta salads were absolutely delish!! The falafel sandwich needed a little bit of assembly and i personally like a smoother hummus, but that did not take away from the very yummy falafels!!
Definitely give this place a try! It's salads served with a smile and will put a smile on your face!
The Greek bulgar salad from Salad Matters is one of my recent favourite! it's so fresh and has a mix of flavors. the sweetness of dates and tanginess of cherry tomato and the super amazing dressing makes it so yumm. it's filling too as it's made from broken wheat :) healthy and yummy
perfect for lunch for even a heavy eater as the fibre from carrots and sprouts kinda fills you up. The rice is perfect, not too sticky and goes so well with the peanut sauce and the sambal. The peanuts and carrots give amazing texture along with the red cabbage. The chicken is tender and flavourful. The taste never changes and you can always count on their quality and freshness. Easily my favourite dish of theirs is the chicken satay bowl.

Spanish omelette was the best I have had in all of bangalore. Very cosy restaurant which serves best diet bowls. Ingredients used were fresh. Will surely visit again.
Oh boy these made me eat apple my least favourite fruit happily with the salad and the the veggies were nicely chopped and for the very first time I eat greens first and then the chicken so kudos to you and your team I love it I ordered from swiggy and here I am giving reviews cheers
